The second event that taught me about leadership was being an older brother to a younger sister and brother.This event was pretty much going on all my life but i would have never thought in a million years that this would teach me about leadership.What this event taught me about leadership was that even though they don’t always agree on what you say you have to know that your older and you have responsibilities and they might think your doing it just to mess with them but only you know the real reason why and that’s all that matters.Even though this event had it’s up’s and downs overall it was a positive experience.
The third event that taught me about leadership was the fact that now that I’m in high school i have to know that it’s no joke i mean if you don’t wanna do your work you don’t have to do it and most of the times the teachers don’t care and I’m not blaming the teachers cause it’s not there faults.This event taught me about leadership cause now it’s all up to me to do all my work,homework,test, and to pay attention in class or else I’ll fail and it would be all my fault no one to blame but me.And that being said even though i don’t always like it i will gain from it so it is a positive experience.
